The human rights association "ARGA" has made significant strides in the fight for justice, achieving three positive outcomes in its appeals to Interpol to remove individuals from its wanted lists. This achievement is both unique and unprecedented. "ARGA's" collaboration with leading lawyers has yielded substantial results. In three cases where initial appeals to Interpol, prepared by lawyers from other organizations, were rejected, the "ARGA" team succeeded in obtaining favorable outcomes. This demonstrates the high level of professionalism and deep expertise of the human rights advocates working with "ARGA." Secondary appeals, or those made after the Commission's decision to refuse removal from Interpol's databases, are frequently denied. This is because the circumstances that could influence the Commission's decision must be sufficiently serious and convincing, meeting various procedural requirements, which makes the task of having a secondary appeal recognized extremely challenging. "ARGA" continues its work protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals unjustly subjected to international wanted lists. We are confident that our future efforts will yield even more positive results and help restore justice for many.
