Our Mission

Protection of Human Rights and Legal Expertise in the Context of International Risks

ARGA’s expertise is grounded in practical experience in defending against international prosecution and in in-depth analysis of international law. A significant role in shaping this expertise has been played by the professional career of the Association’s President, Sergey Khrabrykh.

Our Journey

The History of the Formation of the ARGA Human Rights Association

The ARGA Association was formed gradually as a response to real challenges in the field of international law, political persecution, and the misuse of legal mechanisms. Our journey represents a transition from analytical and expert work to systematic human rights advocacy at the international level.

2021

A Personal Case

The President of the Association, Sergey Khrabrykh, went through international wanted status, detention, and extradition proceedings. The case concluded successfully: the international wanted status was lifted, and the defense experience became the foundation of ARGA’s future work.

2022

The Launch of ARGA and Public Human Rights Advocacy

The formation of the association and the transition to systematic assistance through international mechanisms, including Interpol, UN procedures, and international legal instruments. Public advocacy and communication, including participation in major media platforms and expert discussions.

2023-2024

Major Cases and the Expansion of Practice

Handling high-profile cases and working with international risks, including matters related to persecution, extradition requests, and politically sensitive conflicts. This includes participation in well-known cases (the Lebedinsky GOK case, the Bakhtiyar Umarov case, and others), as well as work with representatives of the legal system and public figures.

2025-2026

A Research Platform and Systematic Analysis of Abuses

The launch and development of the research track: analysis of abuses of Interpol mechanisms, documentation of persecution practices, and the creation of an analytical foundation for ARGA’s human rights and strategic initiatives.
