Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy

This policy establishes ARGA's (Asylum Research & Global Assistance) commitment to zero tolerance towards corruption, bribery, and unlawful payments in all aspects of the organisation's activities.

The policy is developed in accordance with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, and UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC). It covers relationships with government bodies, third parties, contractors, and partners.

ARGA implements due diligence procedures, staff training, and internal controls ensuring compliance with anti-corruption standards at all levels of the organisation.
