Our cases
Cases
Selected international cases handled and coordinated by the ARGA network. Most of them began the same way: criminal proceedings in one jurisdiction that, through the mechanisms of international wanted notices and cross-border cooperation, followed the client into every other one.
Legal entities
The PJSC TogliattiAzot case (TOAZ)
An ARGA analytical project: materials on sanctions, export control, AML and human-rights issues sent to authorities and institutions in several jurisdictions. 58 official responses and confirmations were received and catalogued.
The TPK Asia LLP case (Kazakhstan)
A corporate and property dispute that had exhausted domestic remedies, moved into an international project: asset tracing, submissions to financial regulators and financial intelligence units in more than twenty jurisdictions, two publications with a permanent DOI.
