The association's registered office is at 21 rue de l'Aviation, 64600 Anglet, France. The transfer, decided on 12 December 2025, was declared to the Sub-Prefecture of Bayonne (Prefecture of Pyrénées-Atlantiques) on 16 December 2025, within the three-month period prescribed by Article 5 of the French Act of 1 July 1901. The sub-prefecture issued the corresponding récépissé de déclaration de modification for association no. W641013804 the same day; it is reproduced below.

Under Article 5 of the Act of 1 July 1901, the change is enforceable against third parties from the day it was declared. As the récépissé itself states, publication in the Journal Officiel of changes concerning an association's registered office is optional and cannot be required by third parties: the récépissé issued by the prefectural services constitutes proof in all cases.

Accordingly, any reference to a former address still appearing in a register, directory or database — public or private — reflects a failure to update on the part of the body publishing it, and not a failure to declare on the part of the association. The address shown on this page has been the sole valid registered office since 12 December 2025.
